I like this video, becuase even though it "gives" more tips...at least for me, these are things I've heard for years (eating disorder for yrs)...and it shows the emaciated girl at the end...eating disorder or not...i do NOT want to look like her or be isolated from the world like she is (i am already)...it shows the negative aspect with the tips...thats why i like it.

yes soy in general is not the best thing to eat, unless you actually eat organic (not GMO-type) sprouted soy beans..that means RAW! any cooked or processed type of soy is just glue! that is way so many vegetarians or vegans end up unhealthy! But I am guilty on using it myself to get of my eiscream and cheese addiction..lol...thank god I am done with that!..fermented is not the best either since most of those are all GMO's and anything fermented makes your body more acidic!

Very very good point! Only eat fermented soy as Tempeh, Miso etc. Vitamin B12 is in the SOIL! Either grow your own vegetables and don't clean them too much when you're about to eat them, or if you get organic produce, same, don't wash'em too much, you need the dirt!!!

Oh, stay away from all soy products. Contrary to what the soy lobby says, alot of independent reserch shows that soy is harmful to you. The only viable form of soy is fermented, the way they eat it in the far east. And I also suspect that B12 deficiency in vegans is merely propaganda disseminated by the meat and dairy industry. Because meat eaters will get b12 deficiency also.

YEs, watch your vitamin b12, which can only be gotten from animal sources. Even pastuerized milk does not have b12. Raw Milk. I think you can get B12 from yeast, however. But if I am wrong, someone please correct me.
