Well, I was under general anesthesia so I fell asleep and the next thing I knew, I was at home on my couch with a mouthfull of gauze. But I would imagine that having wisdom teeth removed with anything less than general anesthetic would be slightly uncomfortable, even if the pain is minimal. 3 of my teeth were straight, with one a bit sideways. However, the dentist was able to remove it without a problem. Its been almost two days now and I have absolutely no pain, without any medication

Had all four wisdom teeth pulled yesterday. Wasn't bad at all. Perhaps I was just lucky, or perhaps most people are wimps, but I was fine and hardly even needed a tylenol. I certainly won't be needing the Vicodin perscribed to me. To anyone who is having this done soon, remember that for every awful horror story you read online, there are 1,000 people who were completely fine and had no problem.
