great video. A couple of questions though guys...I'm 17, 150 lbs, 6'3'', and benched like 135. (I never bench) is that decent? Also, how important is protein intake and proper sleep schedule to muscle gain? and what about creatine? Lastly, I've been doing the same routine (daily workouts of different muscles, takes three days to complete one cycle)for like 3 months, and I realllly have to psyche myself up to work out now. What should I do? I feel like I bust my butt, but don't put on much mass

you're only 22. leave the juice alone cause you're still growing. just eat rigth and train hard and you'll make some nice gains. i didn't run my first cycle til 35. but i will tell you this. nothing works better than steriods. nothing.

You have good size for only 17 years old. You probably mean 55's with dumbells. Right? That's pretty good. Just remember to hit your chest with 5-6 different exercies...incline, decline, fly's, dips, pullovers and regular bench press and your chest will grow. Also mix in some push ups. Train chest every 5 to 6 days.

you should be trying to lift as much as you can. im 5'10, 145 and my one rep max is 160. i do about 3 sets of 15 reps with 115 and I'm on the midpoint of the "life-weight-ability". you should be trying for more weight and fewer reps (equal to or less than 154) instead of less weight and a crapload of reps.

Incline and Flat bench press with a barbell works. Dumbells just target the stabilizer muscle more because the dumbells sway independently more than a barbell would.
